01How is a Boilte boiler fundamentally different from others?
The difference is in the approach. We don't optimise the design for the lowest price — we optimise it for the longest service life. You can see it in every unit, every calculation and every weld.
02Is the warranty really for life, or is it a marketing claim?
It really is for life, and it is fixed in the contract. We take on the obligation for the entire design service life of the equipment. The details are set out in the warranty certificate.
03Can I get a price calculation for my project?
Yes. Send us your technical specification or simply describe the task. Our engineers will prepare a preliminary calculation and a quotation as quickly as possible.
04How long do Boilte boilers last?
Design service life is up to 25 years, depending on model and operating conditions. We engineer them to work considerably longer than that.
05What does a lifetime warranty mean legally?
It means we guarantee the absence of manufacturing defects in the boiler heat exchanger and the main load-bearing elements throughout the design service life of the equipment. The exact terms are set out in the contract and the warranty certificate.
06How long does it take to manufacture a boiler?
Production lead time is from 30 days, depending on model, configuration and current production schedule. The exact figure is shown on the series page and confirmed in the commercial proposal.
